Are you a nurse and do you want to work in mental health care? Through Highpotentials you will have the opportunity to work in mental health care at locations in Leidschendam and Voorhout, where you will work with clients who need intensive care and guidance.

About the position

As a nurse within mental health care, you will work in a varied environment, where no day is the same. You provide care to clients with complex psychiatric problems, perform nursing procedures and play an important role in the treatment process. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you will work on the stabilization and recovery of clients. You observe, signal and report changes in behavior and health, and contribute to a safe and supportive treatment environment.

At the location in Leidschendam you will work in a High Intensive Care (HIC) department for adults. Here, clients with acute psychiatric problems are treated in a closed setting. The team consists of driven and experienced healthcare professionals who work together in an atmosphere of trust, collegiality and humor. The location in Voorhout offers care to clients within a psychiatric institution, where in addition to observation and guidance, ADL and HDL care are also an important part of your tasks. This means that you help with daily care tasks such as washing, dressing and changing, in addition to performing nursing and administrative tasks.

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,990 to € 4,017 on a full-time basis, in accordance with the collective labor agreement for mental health care.
